MaxiSigns®V.2
The in-house sign making solution depends on MaxiSigns® V.2 Windows® Software. It's a powerful tool for simplifying safety and facility sign designing while providing ANSI and OSHA compliance assistance. MaxiSigns® V.2 contains over 2,700 pre-formatted signs in new ANSI 2002 standards as well as harmonized ANSI/ISO symbols and formats. The program includes new Homeland Security Symbols, lockout tag formats, ergonomic, fire, AED, ADA, recycling and IMO signs. Signs are in English, French and Spanish and can be printed in single language, bilingual or trilingual formats or in any language with appropriate fonts installed.
It's a truly international sign making program. Users can select the custom sign option and make any sign they want using all the elements in the software or importing their own graphics. PipeMarker V.2
The total pipe marking solution. The MaxiSoft® Pipe Marking Solution is the most complete and professional marking system for pipes, conduit, utility cables, valves, hoses and tubes. PipeMarker V.2 allows you to choose from over 500 pre-formatted markers or create custom markers by combining text, warning headers, serialization numbers, flow arrows and more. Markers print using the K-Sun 9200XXL Thermal Transfer Printer and PolyDurable Supplies with chemically matched resin printing ribbon. Product Safety Label
Label and Sign Designing: The Windows based software program is specifically designed for creating customized, ANSI compliant product safety labels and signs. Unlike other general labeling programs, PSL automates label design by containing specific product safety labeling elements like: ANSI signal words, safety specific pictographs, multi-lined text sections and bar codes. All elements can be added with a click of the mouse. Labels can be made in nearly any size and layout or use the pre-defined label templates for quick formatting. Before labels print, an ANSI Z535.4 regulation summary appears on-screen to help with design code compliance.
MaxiSoft® Media and Lamination
A wide array of specialty printing supplies for use in printers such as: ink jet, laser, color laser, thermal and thermal transfer printers. Finishing supplies include lamination materials and mounting products. All of the printing and finishing supplies are designed to be used with MaxiSoft® Software products, however many items can be used to print items generated by other software programs as well.
Printing:
The printing products are sheets and rolls of specially designed films with or without adhesive backing that print in ink jet, laser and thermal transfer printers. Each film and pressure sensitive instant mounting adhesive backing (both removable and permanent) combination provides a unique set of qualities that surpass the performance of plain paper or Avery® labels in terms of durability, enhanced print quality. These enhanced performance features take what your standard printer can produce to a whole new level. From your standard printer make durable, water-resistant, scratch and tear resistant self-adhesive labels, tags, markers and decals.
Finishing:
Finishing supplies include lamination products as well as sign mounting kits. The goal of the MaxiSoft® Media finishing product line is to provide a range of unique supplies that surpass the performance of standard office style lamination and mounting materials. Expect to find unique lamination features like: extra durability, rigidity or flexibility, UV protection, single or dual sided, pressure sensitive adhesive backed lamination options.
